1. Add the user first - Type Add staff in the search box
2. Add their details into the fields provided
Username is formatted as forename.surname and there is no need to add the company to the end as the system will automatically assign this itself.
Choose the appropriate access level for their job role. If in doubt copy someone with a similar role or set as low as possible and raise if needed.
3. Click save and close
To set a password, please click actions to the right of their user and click "reset password" -
Set this as a generic password such as Password.1 since they will need to use this to set their own password.
