To add a brand new property on for a sales appraisal you can either star by adding them on as an enquiry and then convert them to an appraisal, alternatively you can add them on by clicking onto the Sales Instructions button On this screen you will see all of your current sales properties, to add a brand new property, you will need to click onto the create instruction button on the top right hand side.
You will then see this pop up:
Here you need to add in the address details, and you can link this property to an existing vendor or you can add the new vendor details, to save you just need to click onto the create instruction/appraisal
The property will open in its own tab, and we can add further details from this screen, to edit or add additional information you'll need to click onto the edit button on the top right hand corner.
There are three tabs that will show on this screen:
The property details will contain the address fields and any directions.
The appraisal tab will contain the details of the appraisal whether you have carried it out, or have arranged it.
Finally the EPC tab is where you will enter any EPC details.
Complete this and save the data you will need to click the save button.
Once you are back on the main property screen you will see we have some options on the left hand ladder.
The key item here is Progression Checklist, this is where you will have progression items, you can set these depending on your business. Please follow the Progression checklist guide for changing/adding progression items.
Once you have carried out the appraisal you will need to change the status of the property. To do this you will click onto the actions button on the top right hand corner:
Here you can convert this property to lettings.
You can list the property as lost/won.
You will have the option to add the property into a chain.
