The Verification Process:
- You'll receive an email with a link to the missing details form
- Complete all required information accurately:
- Personal details exactly as they appear on your ID
- Your residential address (where you live, not business addresses)
- Employment status and occupation
- For property owners: average monthly rental income and number of properties
- Upload a recent proof of address document (utility bill, council tax letter, or bank statement dated within 3 months)
- Tax reference numbers (if available)
Once Submitted:
- Your information goes to Griffin Bank for review
- You will be sent a Verify check to complete - Take a Picture of your ID, and a Selfie.
- The process typically takes 2-4 working days
- You may be asked for additional documentation
- The company paying you will inform you if there were any mismatches, to clarify.
Important Tips:
- Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID
- Provide your residential address where you actually live
- Ensure proof of address documents are recent and clearly show your name and address
- Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
