If you require a password reset, any owner/client administrator level staff member at your agency can process this for you. Here are the steps on how to reset a password for a colleague or staff member:
Please type into the search bar in the upper left hand side of the page "Show Staff" and select the option which is populated.
Once you bring up the staff list, you can search for the staff member using the filter to left hand ladder or if you can locate them from the page in front of you, you can click onto the actions button to the right hand side of their line > select "Reset Password" - Passwords must include at least one capital letter, one number and one symbol such as ,.?!@-
An ideal reset example would be Password.1
Please then provide this password to your colleague who can then use it as standard to log in. Please be aware that the "current password" you will be prompted on is the one you created for them and their "new password" will be one of their own choosing, which again must include at least one capital letter, one number and one symbol such as ,.?!@-
