Getting Started
Login and Dashboard Overview
Understanding your agentPay dashboard is the first step to taking control of your client accounting. Access your account at login.agentpay.app with your username and password, which takes you through to your main dashboard.

Payment Management
Understanding Unreconciled Payments
The Unreconciled Payments section gives you insight into payments that need attention. When you click on this area of the agentPay dashboard, you can view different types of payment information and take action where needed.

Managing Outgoing Payments
The Outgoing Payments section shows you all people with credit balances who can be paid. You can view different types of payees and control who gets paid in each payment run.

- Switching views to show tenants with credit balances, contractors with credit balances, or all people with credit balances
- Understanding the summary showing number of people and total amount that can be paid out

Submit Invoices
The Submit Invoices section allows you to add invoices or quotes for work that needs doing on properties. You can manage the entire invoice workflow from submission through to authorisation.

Dashboard Overview: The agentPay app provides a comprehensive dashboard with two viewing options:
- Detailed view for comprehensive information including visual charts and detailed breakdowns
- Simplified view for quick overviews and key metrics
- Toggle between views depending on your screen size and information needs
Interactive Elements:
- Click on dashboard sections like Unreconciled Payments to access detailed functionality
- Use the search and filtering options within each section
- Access additional actions through the Actions buttons where available

Daily Workflow
Morning Routine:
- Check dashboard for overview (simplified or detailed view)
- Review 10am email with unreconciled payments requiring attention
- Address any unreconciled items by contacting support with allocation instructions
Payment Management:
- Review Outgoing Payments section for people with credit balances
- Check payment summaries and totals
- Pause any payments that shouldn't go out in the afternoon payment run
- Use Actions menu for detailed account information when needed
Invoice Processing:
- Submit new invoices or quotes in the Submit Invoices section
- Review submitted invoices awaiting authorisation
