People Balances - tenants, Landlords and Contractors

Previously the way to get your people balances would be via the debtors and creditors report which you would have to export and then go into one by one. The attached creates a new section in Accounts called People Balances 

This only filters people with a balance so no one with a 0 balance is included here but this is a much quicker way of checking your balances and actioning from one place.
