OFSI Checks - Billing Breakdown

OFSI (Office for Financial Sanctions Implementation) checks, are automatic checks, on active persons against the government published Sanctions registers. They keep you compliant with the Sanctions guidance that came into effect on May 2025* 

We check the persons name, as it appears on the system, and the name of the bank account. 

To see a breakdown, of who is currently being checked, you can generate a report under the OFSI Sanctions Checks Made section of your account. At the top of this report, you can select which invoice you want to query.

Once generated, you can see the breakdown, which will show all the records that are checked/charged for. Using the Daily Summary tab, you can see how many people were checked on any given day. (We will always invoice for the highest daily amount)

We check all Verified landlords, who have had a transaction in the last 6 months, and any 'Unknown Payment Sources', which are payments into the account, for 6 months. 

If a payment source, or landlord has not made a payment in, and you haven't paid them in 6 months, billing stops automatically.
