*The 'agentPay rent automation payments & reconciliation' service automatically reconciles and processes the payment, putting your landlord in credit ready to be paid. There is an additional charge of £0.75p for each rent paid and processed. If you have a Calmony Client Account there is no £0.75p charge for the payment.

Fees apply from 10th June 2024

Barclaycard increased fees for processing card payments changing Calmony charges debit cards payments from 0.65% to 1.25% and credit card from 1.75% to 1.85%.
