WhatsApp is a widely used messaging service, which you can use from within agentOS.
To contact a person via WhatsApp, you need to first ensure you have the correct mobile number assigned to their profile.
Once a mobile number has been connected with a person's record then you will be able to see and use this when looking at the data in a list on agentOS.
As an example, lets head to the Landlords list under the Lettings tab:
Find the landlord you wish to contact in the list:
Click on their phone number and the following menu will appear:
From this menu you can select Chat on WhatsApp which will take you to an online browser screen where you will need to follow the onscreen instructions to chat:
If you've not recently logged into WhatsApp on your browser you will be required to login using the QR code.
This same process applies for all other people on agentOS including Tenants and Contractors:
For tenants, you can also access this menu from the tenancy profile by heading to Tenants on the left hand ladder:
And for Landlords from the property profile by heading to Tenancies on the left hand ladder:
If you don't have the option to Chat on WhatsApp from any of these menus please contact support@agentos.com as this may need to be enabled on your account.
