With the introduction of negApp, you are now able to use the vital functions of agentOS while on-the-go.
Getting onto negApp couldn't be easier as your login details are the same as the ones you use to get onto agentOS. All that is needed is a mobile device with a browser and access to the internet. To visit the app, please go to the web address http://neg.agentos.com where you will be asked your username and password as normal. If you've forgotten your login details, please contact Support who will be able to help.
When you first log in, you will be taken to your diary. As well as having access to your own appointments, you will be able to use the search function at the top of the diary page to look at the diary of other team members. You will be given the option to view by day, week or month. Changes made on agentOS will reflect on the negApp in real time, as will changes made in reverse.
The messages section was created to allow team members the same level of functionality when away from the office as when they in. You have access to your emails, branch emails, branch SMS, online applications, branch registrations as well as sales and lettings valuations. This includes the ability not only to view emails and SMS that have been received, but also to reply using Compose for emails and Compose SMS.
Using My Properties, you will have full search capability to view all properties you manage. You can search for these by address in the search bar in the top right hand corner. Once you've found the property you are looking for, you are then able to select Book, which will load your calendar and allow you to book an appointment against this property. Alternatively, you can select Location and negApp will automatically load Maps, saving you the time of having to manually enter the location for your next appointment.
Under the Rent tab, you will be given an option for Online Application. Once selected, your prospective tenant will be able to complete your application form which will be sent back to the office in real time.
Under Sales Instructions, you have the option to Add Buyer. After completing the few required fields, you will then be able to Add an Offer. This will include Offer Conditions and Internal Notes, ensuring you have all the vital information taken at the appointment and less chance of needing to follow up with calls later.

Our IT team are constantly working on improving negApp to ensure that you're out-of-office experience works as smoothly as when you're in the office. As mentioned in the initial email about the negApp, there is no charge for this service and it is included within your existing agentOS agreement.
