At present, we have two partners who will enable you to manage and produce professional property reports and link up to agentOS. Those two being Touchright and Inventory Base - both are very similar with minor differences, however their functionality when linked with the system are near identical.
Prior to using these facilities within agentOS, you will need to contact either preferred company directly, once the connection is then setup with one of our partners you will be able to use agentOS to start the process of completing these reports.
Within agentOS you would need to add your appointment to the diary, link that to the specific property and ensure that the correct appointment type is selected. Please see the following guide for instructions on how to create an appointment and link up a property to that:

Once the appointment has been created, the chosen company will receive this information and allow you to process within their software - creating a bespoke report which can then be saved within the agentOS 'Saved Documents' area.
Once the report is in the 'Saved Documents' area, it can then be emailed from there within agentOS if you wish to send it via the system.
