This guide will help you set up payment access for your Calmony Griffin account. Before you begin, ensure you have already installed Google Authenticator on your smartphone.
Prerequisites:
- An agentOS account with 'Finance' or 'Owner' security level access
- Google Authenticator app installed on your smartphone
- Account holder approval for payments access
- Your Calmony support team must have granted you full payment permissions
Getting Started:
- Log in to agentOS
- Navigate to the Accounts tab
- Select 'Bank Accounts'
- Locate and click on your Griffin account
Setting Up Payment Access:
- Within your Griffin account, navigate to 'Staff App & Payment Access'
- Click the Actions button next to your name and select 'Setup 2FA Authenticator App'
- Wait for the QR code to generate (this may take up to 30 seconds)
- Open Google Authenticator on your smartphone:
- Tap the + icon
- Select 'Scan a QR code'
- Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code displayed on your screen
- The Calmony 2FA code will be added to your Google Authenticator app
- You will need to open Google Authenticator and enter the current 6-digit code every time you make a Calmony fast payment
Important Note: The 6-digit authentication code changes every 30 seconds and is required as an additional security measure for all payments from your Calmony Client Account.
Once complete, you will be ready to make payments through your Calmony account.
Troubleshooting: If your smartphone saves the QR code to your password manager instead of Google Authenticator, ensure you are scanning the code using the Google Authenticator app itself, not your smartphone's camera.
