The system will automatically remind you if certificates are due, or interim inspections that you need to carry out. However, you can also add in add-hoc reminders into the system too. These reminders will appear in your intray on the selected day as an email reminder.
To add a new reminder you'll need to go to the office tab, and click the button for reminders:
On this screen you can view/ edit historical reminders, to edit, you'll need to click onto the reminder and then click the edit button on the top right hand corner:
To add a new reminder, you'll need to click the add button on the top right hand corner of the reminders screen:
You will then see this screen, here is where you will enter the details of the reminder:
Who You'd like the reminder to go to, the first reminder date, and the frequency. Finally you will see a content box, this is the text that appears on the reminder, so make sure you put a good description in here.
To complete, click save and close.
