The AI dashboard offers several features:

How to use the AI Dashboard
To interact, simply type your question or action, and the AI will provide tailored responses and related actions.

To interact, simply type your question or the action you would like to take:
AI will provide tailored responses, related articles or actions linked to your request, of which you can continue the conversation / chat back.
Here are some examples of the help you can get from our AI assistant:
Example 1. Assistance with resetting a staff members password
Using the Chat/Help Me Button, I have requested help resetting passwords.
Example 2. Instructions on how to link payments to closed tenants
Using the Chat/Help Me Button, I've asked the AI Dashboard why I can't link a payment to a closed tenant.
Example 3. How to correct a landlords account
Using the Chat/Help Me Button, I've asked the AI Dashboard for help correcting a landlords account.
Example 4. How to update a rent schedule
Using the Chat/Help Me Button, I've asked the AI Dashboard for advice on how to update a rent schedule for a rent increase happening on a certain date.
Example 5. Action an Apply Charge
You can also use the AI Dashboard to help perform actions for you. Here I have used the AI Dashboard to perform a charge for specific tenant using the Perform an Action button.
In the above example you can see I've told AI which specific person to charge, and what the charge is for.
The results generated give me a few actions I can take:
If I were to select the Apply Charge action the following screens would appear:
Firstly the tenants name is automatically prefilled based on the command I gave AI
Also the description on the apply charge screen is prefilled for me based on the command I gave AI
Example 6. Find a docs tag to be used in a document
If I need assistance to find a tag for a certain document, I can use the Chat/Help Me button for my request.
Example 7. How many advertised tenancies does my company have?
Here I have asked how many advertised tenancies we have, and selected the 'Your Data' button
I can click into each metric to view the report. For example, if I want to see the 13 Properties for let, I just need to click on the value 13.
The system displays the statistics in three different categories:
- Assigned: Tenancies specifically assigned to you
- Branch: Tenancies associated with your specific branch
- Company: All tenancies across the entire company (all branches)
Creating Your Own Stats View
To begin, look for the "Choose your own Stats" option located on the right side of the interface.
In this section, you can select which types of statistics you want to display by choosing from these collection types:

- Assigned: Collections specifically assigned to you personally
- Company: Collections assigned to your entire company (includes all branches)
- Branches: Collections for a specific branch only
After selecting your preferred collection type using the slider, you can then customize your visualization by:
- Creating your own color coding system by assigning specific colors to different values
- This color coding will help you visually track your performance metrics
Once you've completed your customization and saved your settings, you'll be able to view your personalized report metric in the top right corner of the interface.
This custom view should help you track the specific metrics that are most relevant to you.
