- Standing order payments get unique system reference (e.g., 060b-06bf-584a-da8e)
- Card payments show as 'AgentOS Proptech Group Ltd'
- Expand entry to see 18-digit reference matching Payment App
- Bank transfers display reference used by payer
- Auto-sweep payments use reference 'OB Card Payments'
Transaction Linking
- System automatically links payments to known bank details
- Automatic linking only works when bank details appear once in system
- Can be adjusted in Bank Reconciliation auto link/post settings
Reconciliation Process For Griffin and Modulr Accounts
Modulr to Griffin Transfers
- Daily auto-sweep appears as negative in Modulr account
- Matching positive entry appears in Griffin account
- Link both entries to 'Transfers between Client and Calmony' account
- This account should always balance to £0
General Reconciliation
- Statements automatically upload to Reconcile Statements section
- Can return unknown payments if sender details available
- Option to save payment source details to person records
Bank Statements
- Generate automatically on 1st of month
- Available in 'Account Monthly Statements' section
- Click desired statement to download
- Statements not sent by email
Searching Transactions
- Use Overview search for quick lookups
- Expand entries to view full payment details
- Search by:
- Payment references
- Account names
- Amounts
- Dates
- Payment App transactions searchable by 18-digit reference
Understanding Transaction Types
- Green entries: Successful payments
- Red entries: Failed payments
- Pending: Usually clears within 5 minutes
- Click refresh icon for latest status
- Modulr/Griffin transfers marked as inter-account transfers
Daily Checks
- Monitor pending transactions
- Check failed payment log
- Process any unlinked transactions
- Verify auto-sweep completed
- Check available balance before processing payments
