This guide will walk you through how to use the Contractor App.
** The file format accepted by the app is PDF only. As such, if you have Microsoft Word invoices you will need to save them as a PDF.
For your contractor to access the app, please follow and bookmark the following link(This will be how you access the portal going forwards) - https://contractor.agentos.com/
On the login screen, you will see the following screen. For the first time accessing the account you will need to click the ‘Create Account’ icon.
This will take you to a new screen that will allow you to fill in your email address as the user name (the same one your agent has on file for you) and a desired password to access the account and click ‘Create Account’. You will then be issued a verification code via email to access your account for the first time.
Once this is received, you can return to the login screen and input your email address and the password you set previously.
If you are registered with multiple agencies – upon login in you will be taken to their Accounts page – here you will select the agency in question and the associated agencies job:
Upon selecting the account, you will be taken automatically to the ‘Jobs’ area on the left. Where you will see any jobs from the last 90 days that have been assigned to you.
Within ‘Jobs’ you can see the property address and view any included photos that have been assigned, along with job priority.
Through the ‘Actions’ option on the far right on this page you will see the following:
You can either download the Job Sheet, Add a Note or Submit Invoice (these can also be submitted quickly under Invoices on the navigation ladder) for the job. If you are submitting your invoice to indicate completion of the job – within this same page, you can update the status by clicking the Status where it says 'Pending'(as shown below). The status will then update to Completed on the app.
Further down on the Navigation Ladder – you will find ‘Payments’ and ‘Invoices’ which will allow you to see and download your latest submitted invoices and view your paid remittance notes/invoices. You will also be able to see your current account balance to get an idea of any payments that will be due to you soon.
Lastly, under Contacts on the left hand navigation ladder, this will allow you to find a list of any contacts at the office should you need to be in touch to confirm how access has been arranged for example.
