If you need to reassign a staff members email account to another staff, whether that be for a temporary absence, or because the staff member has left, you can do so by completing the below steps.
Go to the settings cog > settings
Then choose Email Accounts
Using the search bar, look for the email account you need to reassign and click on it to open it:
Once open go to edit > and change the Staff dropdown to the staff member you would like to assign the account to and click save:
Go back to the search bar within email accounts and search for the staff member you have assigned the email account to, you should find more than one account assigned - both/all showing as Staff Default:
Go to actions against the account which should actually be the default and choose Make Staff Default:
Going forward, any email account assigned to that staff member will be received into their intray. However when they reply, that should always come from their staff default email address.
