There are a few ways to search a landlord or contractor's accounts history to see what has been processed. This may need to be done, for example, if a contractor is claiming that they've not yet been paid on a specific invoice number.
On the Contractor record, go to Accounts, then check that your From and To date range covers the target date of the invoice:
From here you can also use the search bar to look for anything relevant: invoice number, job number, keyword from address, keyword from job description, or the amount etc.
When your search for the the funds have credited the contractor's account show up in the list, you can check thedate in more detail and see if it has been paid to the contractor:
If you get no results on the Contractor's Main account, change the Account Type to Pending Payments:
Repeat the search - if you get a result that ONLY has a credit in the Pending account, then this means the account is awaiting landlord funds.
With this context in mind, you can rest assured that it is at least processed and you can check when the next rent is expected.
On a Landlord record, use the same process for checking as above - both the LL Main and (in most cases) Supplier Pending Payments (NRL Exclusive).
Of Note: If the landlord has overseas tax deducted, then their maintenance should flow through the (NRL Inclusive) versions of the Supplier accounts.
Third option - Be very mindful of what you click through on this option.
The other way to check what has been processed is to go into the landlord > Actions > Maintenance Deduction Refund. Select the 1-3 year range for the entire list of maintenance deductions for this period and click once to proceed. After that screen you should be seeing a drop down with said deductions like so:
This list is tidier and easier to read, BUT do not press the button to do a deduction at the end! Just use the Close or 'x' buttons to come out of the pop up screen once you find your desired information.
