Producing a URL to Send Document via Email

You can now send a document via a URL Link through agentOS. Which will help limit emails being rejected due to their size.

To produce the URL you just need to follow the below steps:

Firstly, head to the Saved Documents section in question. This can be on a Property, Tenancy, Tenant or Landlord. 

Identify the document you wish to supply:

Now, tick to the right, click the orange Actions. In the drop down, select Publish Status:

Upon selecting this, you will see the following pop up:

Change the Slider to Yes and copy the URL. Then press the orange 'Publish Status' to save. 

Repeat as required and if you need to access the URL again, just repeat the steps of Actions > Publish Status to see the URL to copy. 

Links to the documents will expire within 1 week from the date of being made public.
