Land Registry Searches

On agentOS, you have the option to utilise the land registry search feature, which allows you to easily discover property ownership information.

You can start a land registry search from two different areas on agentOS. You can either go to the dedicated Land Registry Searches area on agentOS, or find the same information with a landlords profile.

To find the dedicated area on agentOS for Land Registry searches head to the Lettings tab and then find the Land Registry Searches button

When in this area you'll be able to view the pre-existing land registry searches, as well as create new ones. 

To do a new search head to the actions button in the right corner.

The actions button has a few options:

Manual Search - enables to you manually search for a property address

Tenant Address - allows you to search for a pre-existing tenant on the system and searches their pre-tenancy address

You may find that the pre-tenancy address layout doesn't perfectly align with the required format for the land registry search. In such cases, you might need to make slight adjustments to the address to ensure it fits within the provided fields accordingly

Applicant Address - similar to the Tenant Address search feature, you can search for a pre-existing applicant on the system and searches their permanent address connected to their profile

As with the tenant address search, you may find that the applicant's address layout doesn't perfectly align with the required format for the land registry search. In such cases, you might need to make slight adjustments to the address to ensure it fits within the provided fields accordingly

Existing Property - this action allows you to search for a pre-existing property profile you already have setup on your agentOS account

Results

Once you have completed any of the land registry search options you will be able to view the results. 

You will find a list of the results here of the searches you have completed. You can click into any of the searches to find out further information.

You can also go to the orange actions button and print the results as a PDF document
