For “company”, they should use your company's shortname (the part that comes after the dash in your username login).
After signing up, they will receive an email asking them to verify their email address.
Step 3: Log In
After verifying their email, tenants can log in using their credentials.
Once logged in, they will have full access to all the app's features.
Customising the TenantApp
Company Logo
The app will display the logo that currently appears on your online brochure. If you don't have a logo set, you can send your logo to support@agentos.com, and we will add it for you.
COMING SOON: Branding Colours
We can adjust the app's colours to better match your branding, similar to the customisation available for the online brochure. By default, the app is set to black and white. Contact support to customise the colours according to your brand preferences.
