This guide contains the steps to download an AML check result for both AgentOS accounts and Calmony Accounts.
AgentOS
Once an AML check has been completed by your client, you'll be able to download and view a copy of the completed report for that check. You can do this by heading to Office > AML, R2R & ID Checks.
This is your AML Dashboard, where you can see all of your current AML checks, statuses and outcomes. To download and view any AML check report from this list, you just need to use the corresponding Actions button to the right of the check's entry > Download Report. This option will only work when a check has either a Submitted, Approved or Declined status.
This will download a pdf copy of the AML check report which includes the supporting documentation/evidence used by your client, the result of the check including a breakdown for each selected part of the AML check and the conclusion of the check from Credas.
In some instances, AgentOS may request that you take a look at a report for checks with a Submitted status, this is done wherever we are unable to make a decision on an AML check or some of the information contained within. At this stage we would need you to make a decision to approve or decline the check based on any additional information you have or gather regarding the client. AgentOS staff will then be able to update the status of the check to Approved or Declined based on your decision. To request this, please contact support@agentos.com.
Lastly, there may be some Submitted checks that do not have a full report available to download right away. This can happen where Credas, the company who manages our AML checks need a little more time to review submitted documentation/evidence. If the check does not update within 24 hours, please contact Support for further assistance.
Calmony
Once an AML check has been completed by your client, you'll be able to download and view a copy of the completed report for that check. You can do this by heading to the payee you've raised the check on > Overview > Open Check.
To download and view the AML check report from this payee, you just need to use the Actions button in the top-right of the AML check > Download Report. This option will only work when a check has either a Submitted, Approved or Declined status.
This will download a pdf copy of the AML check report which includes the supporting documentation/evidence used by your client, the result of the check including a breakdown for each selected part of the AML check and the conclusion of the check from Credas.
In some instances, Calmony/AgentOS support may request that you take a look at a report for checks with a Submitted status, this is done wherever we are unable to make a decision on an AML check or some of the information contained within. At this stage we would need you to make a decision to approve or decline the check based on any additional information you have or gather regarding the client. Calmony/AgentOS support staff will then be able to update the status of the check to Approved or Declined based on your decision. To request this, please contact support@agentos.com.
