Set-up rent breakdown

To edit the rent value or to adjust rent responsibilities between tenants (such as assigning rent to a different tenant following the vacation of another tenant) please go to the tenancy first and click rent schedule to the left hand side.

Now click the Actions button to the right hand side of the schedule:

It will display the setup rent breakdown option. Please click this.

Now you can edit the rental amount against each tenant ensuring you put 0.00 against any tenants who have no rental responsibilities, click update > then set-up rent breakdown
