Periodic Tenancy

agentOS will automatically turn any Signed Tenancy with no End Date into a Periodic Tenancy once the Fixed Date has passed. The tenancy name will also update from 'Signed Tenancy' to 'Periodic Tenancy', so it can clearly be seen internally. 

If you have an End Date on a tenancy for a future date and it has since been agreed that the tenancy will turn Periodic after the fixed term. You can remove the end date ahead of time so the system can automatically migrate the tenancy to the appropriate state when required.

To clear an end date of a signed tenancy, please go to the Tenancy section on the Property > Actions in the op right > Clear End Date. If you do not see the option for clearing the end date, then please contact Support or a Owner access user of your company to query if this could be access related or if it is passed the point you can remove the end date.
