There can be a multitude of reasons an email will bounce back on the system. Any bounce back received will contain an attachment text file that will guide you as to the reason for the bounce back.
The most common cause is at the time of the email being sent, there was a problem with the recipients email account, either the inbox is full or the server identified the email as invalid at that point. In these scenarios if the email has failed a number of times, the system will remove it from the individuals profile and log this within their Person Details > Notes Tab and confidential notes. This is a safety measure to ensure the email does not get stuck within a loop of trying and failing to send, which could cause emails to become backlogged.
Once you've checked this bounce back and confirmed the reason, if you find you are unsure of the error message, please contact support with the example email(Date and Time) and we will be more than happy to check this with you and see if we are able to add more clarification of the cause.
