Once you have open banking setup with your account, you will need to renew the authorisation for the connection every 85 days. Please keep an eye on the count down, as ideally you'll want to renew a few days before, to avoid interruption.
To do this is very similar to the process you would've taken to initially setup the connection.
Go to Accounts > Bank Accounts > Actions against your open banking account > Open Banking - Renew Authorisation. If the status says Overdue, no entries will import.
The following familiar window will appear. You will need to click the connect button:
When it opens the new tab to Truelayer, follow the instructions through by allowing the permission, choosing the country and bank, and then finally by following the instructions for the bank security.
Once you have filled out your information in the bank and allowed the access you will be prompted to go back to agentOS, where you will still see the open banking window. This time go to the "Open Banking - Renew Authorisation" button in the right corner:
If you're offered an import date selection when renewing on an overdue authorisation - please select the day after the last import completed. This will allow the function to pull in any missing transactions.
That's the renewal done!
Should you notice that the date and time are a bit behind on the open banking update, then go to actions against the bank > open banking - refresh transactions (Note: this can only be manually updated 4 times a day)
Otherwise, the connection will fresh automatically as normal 4-5 times a day.
