NRL

To apply an NRL number to a landlord please follow these steps:

1) Please go to the landlord profile 

2) To the left, you will see the option for NRL Status - Please click onto this option.

3) Next, please click the Set NRL Status button in the top right:

You will now see a pop up box which allows you to tick a box for selecting that NRL applies to this landlords, and as of what date this status applies. 

NRL Approval number is when your NRL landlord is exempt from tax deduction - so please enter their approval number here if that is relevant and ensure the NRL Applies is set to Yes.

Click Set NRL Status as highlighted above, to save changes.
