You can add a commission to contractor profiles so that when payment is received from the landlord to the contractor for works completed, it will deduct an agency contractor fee automatically.
To do this you would firstly need to set the commission percentage against the contractor profile by going to the profile > click "edit" in the top right > Bank Details tab (as highlighted below to show 10% commission for example)
Click Save
After this is added, when the contractor receives money for a job undertaken, the system will automatically deduct the commission percentage charge under the charge type "Contractor Commission" much like management fees getting deducted from rent received by landlord.
The charge will start to deduct against payments from the moment you have saved an amount in the commission field as above.
