Advertising an Existing Tenancy

You may find that at some point in time, you will need to advertise a tenancy or room within a tenancy which is currently signed or active.

To do this, you will need to follow 2 steps

1) Ensure you have first added an end date into the current tenancy, because the system will not allow you to process a new tenancy above it whilst the current one shows as periodic (no end date).

Please go to the tenancy you wish to advertise > add an end date by following guide Ending tenancies and issuing notices (including Section 21)

2) Once you have an end date, please follow the steps in this guide for creating a new instruction Create an Instruction and Advertise
