In some occasions you might have decided to completely anonymise/delete a landlords record from the system - this completely wipes the record so you can no longer find that person by name.
However you might then find that something is uninvoiced or unpaid on that landlords account, affecting your drawdown.
Here's how to find the anonymised landlord profile and correct those financials.
First you will need to locate the Landlords CRM report. You will find this under lettings > mailing lists & CRM
Once in that report generate it so that the data appears. Then you will need to filter the name column so that it shows "anonymised".
From the data that appears, you can then use the landlord ID number links to access their account, and from their accounts invoice charges etc.
