Making an EPC public on an advert

To ensure that the EPC document is made public online for the property advert please see the following steps.

Go into the property profile and look under Certificates on the left hand ladder.

Then click onto the EPC certificate.

When in the certificate go to the 'Saved Documents' area.

Go the actions button against the stored/uploaded EPC certificate and then go to Published Status.

Then switch the Is Public toggle from no to yes and save.
