To add options to dropdown menus, you will first need to click onto the top user icon and select the option for Object types.
Here you have an extensive list of different sections of the system where you can add additional options to, for example: Tenancy service types, Landlord and property sources, and certificate types.
To add in options to these sections you’ll need to click onto the section that you’d like to add options to; in this example we will be looking at adding certificate types.
You will have an add button on the top right hand corner
Once you have clicked the add button you will see this screen:
You need to give your certificate type a name and then, using the tick boxes, select who you would like to chase to complete this, for example you as an agent, or the landlord. Chase days before due tells the system how long before the due date you would like to be reminded.
