Sometimes you get up from your desk or work on a different screen than the one agentOS is on and when you return you notice that the system has logged you out. Has this ever happened to you?
There are a couple of reasons why this could be:
1. I'm sharing my account and someone else logged in.
If you are indeed sharing the account with someone else, this could happen when they log in on their device. An account can only be active on one device at a time. This is one of the many reasons why we don't encourage our clients to share accounts, so just be mindful of this as you navigate the system.

2. The system has timed you out and requires you to relog as a security precaution
After a certain amount of time, the system might log you out as a security precaution. To prevent this, you could go on your system every so often and click on one of the tabs to refresh the timer.
