Q: What are online brochures in agentOS?
A: Online brochures are digital property marketing tools that transform your property listings into captivating mini-websites for your clients' properties available for sale or rent. These digital brochures serve as dynamic alternatives to traditional word documents and PDFs, offering a modern way to showcase properties. Upon creation, they seamlessly integrate with major property portals, ensuring widespread visibility for your listings. One notable advantage is their capacity to redirect traffic from these portals to your website, thereby enhancing your visibility and search rankings on Google. Beyond this, online brochures empower potential clients to make offers, schedule viewings, add properties to their shortlist, or seamlessly continue their property search on your website.
Q: How do I customise the appearance of an online brochure?
A: To customise the appearance of your online brochure, you'll need to configure several branding elements. Please note: clients cannot set this up themselves - our team needs to configure this for you.

The key customisation elements include:
Logo: The logo dimensions are dynamically adjusted to match the width of the uploaded image. For optimal rendering, it is recommended to use the following settings:
- Dimensions: 300px x 100px
- Resolution: 72-144 DPI
- Format: PNG or SVG (with transparency)
- Aspect Ratio: 3:1
If you'd like to upload your own logo, navigate to the top right corner of your agentOS page, click on the person icon and select 'Settings'. Locate the section titled 'Email Signature Images' and upload your logo in this designated area. Important: Once you've uploaded your logo, you must let us know the filename so we can add it to your online brochure configuration. Alternatively, you can simply attach your logo to an email to us.
Colours: Next, it's essential to confirm that your company colours are configured correctly. You can provide us with your preferred hex colour codes for each section, or simply tell us to match the colours to your website. To visualise their placement, refer to the image below showing the primary branding colour, secondary colour, heading colour, page background colour, feature font colour, and feature background colour positions throughout the brochure design.
For new clients: Please contact onboarding@agentos.com with your logo and colour preferences, and our team will handle the entire setup for you.
For existing clients: Please contact support@agentos.com with your logo and colour preferences, and our team will configure this for you.
Q: What links and features can I include in the online brochure?
A: The online brochure offers multiple pathways to guide your potential clients based on their preferences. You can incorporate links to your social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X), or guide them back to your primary website. Our usual suggestion is to include links to your homepage, sales search page, and lettings search page.
On the right side of the online brochure, you'll find a menu with various action links:
The online brochure is equipped with features that allow you to add properties to your shortlist. This shortlist is prominently displayed at the bottom of the page and on the left-hand sidebar for convenient access.
Options for the 'Send message' function include a link to your website, a mailto: link, or the creation of a customised form by our team.
For 'Book viewing', you can choose a direct link to your agentOS diary, integrate a Calendly link, or enable clients to schedule a meeting directly into your Google calendar.
Similarly, 'Make Offer', 'Property Search' and 'Sell/Rent Your House' can function as links to your website or utilise a mailto: link for convenient email communication.
The 'Privacy Policy' option is linked to the agentOS privacy policy.
Lastly, even though it doesn't appear on the online brochure, you have the option to share with us the link to your Analytics ID. This enables you to track and monitor the frequency with which clients view your properties.
Q: How do I share an online brochure with clients?
A: You can share the online brochure by going to the Actions button on a tenancy or sales instruction, and selecting 'Copy Link', 'Share by Email' or 'Share by SMS'. You can also open the brochure in a new tab or window by selecting 'Open Brochure'.
We trust you'll find value in this new feature.
