Alternatively, you can use standard reports by providing the All Active Tenancies Report (found at Lettings > Tenancy Reports > All Active Tenancies Detailed) and the Rent Schedule Report (found at Lettings > Lettings Reports > Scheduled Rent Collection).

A: No, accounts cannot simply be "copied" across. Data needs to be exported via reports and then imported into the destination account through our professional services.

However, if your company is simply going through a rebrand and you don't need a new account, you can update your company details within your existing account to reflect the new branding. Please be aware that your shortname (which appears in your login URLs and system-generated emails) will remain the same.
