GDPR Anonymising/Deleting Applicants

Should you need to clean up your old applicants data there is a facility to anonymise their data within AgentOS.

Note: Once data has been anonymised it CAN'T be retrieved

Go to the office section>GDPR Data Clean

On the following screen select the date in the filters, you will only see data from before this date. then mark all the applicants you wish to anonymise, and finally click "GDPR anonymise/delete"

You will be presented with a confirmation pop up box. Toggle the confirmation switch to "yes", and select "Confirm GDPR Anonymise/Delete"

Bulk Anonymisation

Alternatively, if you wish to Anonymise in bulk, you can use the "Bulk Anonymise" function in the top right hand corner which will anonymise everything before a certain date.


You will be presented with a confirmation pop up where you can set the criteria and confirm the data anonymisation
