Training Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure we can serve all of our clients effectively and protect our availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the session: Full payment of the agreed session fee will be required.
• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the session: A 50% charge of the session fee will apply.
• Short notice bookings: If appointments are scheduled with short notice and require cancellation, please be aware that the charges are non-refundable. By booking, you accept the risk of no refund.

Please note, there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals if you're running a little behind schedule. However if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the session will need to be rescheduled. This ensures we can make the most of the allotted time.
