GDPR Export SARS request

To comply with the GDPR subject access requests, there is a function within agent OS whereby a full data export can be extracted. 

 If you go to Office>GDPR Data Export Requests and select "begin export request.

You will see a pop up with a warning that this is a chargeable service and current pricing. Enter the Person who's request you wish to carry out and toggle the switch to "yes", and begin export request.

This will then build the export in the background and may take a while to build depending on how much data is held on the system.

 

Once the data has completed you will be able to use the action option next to the persons name and choose download to preview the data.


The person can access this data through their GDPR data login to download directly. You'll need to send them login details by going to the person's profile using the main action drop down and selecting "send login request".

Due to the nature of the data being a mixture of emails, SMS and profile notes, the zip file that is downloaded contains documents stored as .txt files and are JSON files.
