agentOS provides a comprehensive Document Editor that allows you to create custom letter templates and add your agency branding. You can upload, create, and edit letter templates, and customise a full list of system-generated sales and lettings templates.
Using the agentOS Document Tags Add-In:
You can insert merge fields into your templates yourself using our Microsoft Word Add-In:
- Open Microsoft Word
- Go to Add-Ins (or Insert > Get Add-ins depending on your Word version)
- Search for "agentOS"
- Install the agentOS Document Tags app
- Use the add-in to insert the correct merge fields into your templates
This tool provides you with a complete list of available data tags for custom documents, making it easy to create personalised correspondence with the correct merge fields already in place.
Technical Requirements:
- You must have Microsoft Office 2013 or later installed
- All documents must be submitted in Word format
- Logo: 581 x 322 pixels
- Headers: 1189 x 202 pixels
- Footers: 1189 x 168 pixels
What are Merge Fields?
Merge fields are the places where the system should insert relevant information such as:
- Rent amounts
- Property addresses
- Tenant and landlord names
- Dates
- Reference numbers
- Other dynamic data
The agentOS Document Tags Add-In ensures these fields are correctly formatted for the system.
How to Submit:
Once you've created your templates using the agentOS Document Tags Add-In, please send all required documents (in Word format) in a single email to onboarding@agentos.com, along with your logo, headers, and footers.
