Quick Add Sales Instruction: Advertised Price
When using the Quick Add Sales Instruction option, the Price entered in the Instruction Details will now automatically populate through to the Advertised Price field shown in the Marketing section of your instruction once created, as well as to the various price fields in the Appraisal section as it does currently. This change has been made to offer a smoother process when using the Sales Auto Charge functions and the option to charge a Percentage of Advertised Price.
Copy Sales Instruction: Auto Charges at Market Appraisal Stage
When using the option to Copy Sales Instruction, any Auto Charges set to apply at the Market Appraisal stage will now be processed on the newly copied instruction when created.
Please note: If you choose not to Copy Auto Charges in this process but change the Service Type for the copy, then any Auto Charges attached to the selected Service Type will be applied instead.
ContractorApp: Submitted Invoice Deduction Wording
An improvement has been made to the deduction process within Submitted Invoices when using the ContractorApp, where any deductions made will now use the wording from the Submitted Invoice instead of the wording from the originally booked Maintenance Job.
BACS: New Barclays File Type
A new BACS file type has been added for some clients using Barclays Bank, Barclays BM BACS 4.
Part Exchange: Valuation 'Appraised Date' Field
The Appraised Date field within the Valuations section of a Sales Part Exchange record has been changed from Date to Date/Time.
Bank Accounts: Universal Bank Upload Templates
New options have been added to the system for Universal Bank Upload templates, designed for clients where their bank does not support the Open Banking service and manual bank statement uploads are required. For more details please see this guide.

Copy Sales Instruction: Auto Charges on Service Type Change
An issue where Auto Charges did not copy over correctly when changing the Service Type in Copy Sales Instruction has been resolved.
GDPR: Online Login
An issue where some users were unable to login to their GDPR accounts has been resolved.
