AI Dashboard

We’ve launched a brand-new AI Dashboard to help you get more done, faster. The dashboard brings an intelligent assistant into your daily workflow, guiding you through complex tasks and offering instant help on-demand.

As part of this redesign we've also added Quick Add and Office options to the left, and new customisable Stats options to the right - just click the settings icon at the top of this section to tailor these to the items you'd like to see.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

We're excited to introduce Single Sign-On (SSO) to agentOS, streamlining your login experience.

Single Sign-On is an authentication process that allows you to access multiple applications or systems with a single set of login credentials. Instead of logging in separately to each service or app, you can log in once using SSO, and that session grants access to all associated systems. This also means that password resets can be handled at your side, without the need to reach out to agentOS for help.

Please note: Before using Single Sign-On for the first time, you'll need to set your account up to be SSO ready. To do this, please use the Classic Sign In option and go to the Staff menu in Settings. In here find the profile that you'd like to set up and select Send Single Sign-On Email:

This will send the user a one-time email to set up their SSO details, which can then be used for all future logins to agentOS.

Email Letters: Additional Options

Following from the previous release, additional options to set Email Letters have been added to the following sections:

• Add Tenant in a Tenancy
• Add from Tenant in a Tenancy
• Add Applicant in a Tenancy
• Add Online Applicant in a Tenancy
• Vendor and Second Vendor in Create Instruction/Appraisal
• Vendor Details in Quick Add Sales Instruction

Bugs/Defects

Zoopla RTDF: Zero Deposits

A bug where tenancies with a zero deposit set would not feed correctly to Zoopla's Real-Time Data Feed has been resolved.
