A micro-release has gone out that includes the following items:
Filters: Save Filters
A fix has been released to address an issue where filters would not save correctly when using the Save Filters option.
A further change will be made in the near future to allow any customisation of grids to be saved between sessions (e.g. if you add a column to a grid it will be saved and show in that way when you next log in).
Please note: the Save Filters function does not include saving any filters for Staff members, as these are set based on login.
Maintenance: Assign Maintenance Requests to Staff
We've added an option to assign all Maintenance Requests to a specific member of branch staff if required. To set this for your branch, please email our Support team with the details of the staff member that these should go to.
Submitted Invoices: Charge Owner & Refund Contactor
The options for Charge Owner & Refund Contractor and Authorise: Charge Owner & Refund Contractor in Submitted Invoices have been updated to allow a variation between the Charge Type and Nominal Code used in the charge and refund parts of the transaction. The fields have also been reordered for clarity.
Draw Down Paid Sales: Xero Report
Following feedback from clients, we've changed the layout of the Xero report that is produced when using Draw Down Paid Sales to better fit what is needed when using the file in Xero.
We have also added this to the automatic download function in Draw Down Reports in your Bank Account, so clients using this report should see these in this section automatically for any draw downs made on or after 21/11/2024.
Portals: Light Industrial
Light Industrial has been added as a Property Type in both Sales and Lettings instructions, and in Match Property Style in Sales instructions.
Portals: Barn Conversion
An issue where the Property Type for Barn Conversion was not being sent to Rightmove correctly has been resolved.
Portals: Bills Included
An issue where some clients were seeing the Bills Included status showing incorrectly on Zoopla has been resolved.
Portals: OnTheMarket Validation
We've added validation for clients using OnTheMarket which will generate an error message on agentOS if a Lettings Property or Sales Instruction is missing an Address Number, as this is needed when sending data for use on their portal.
Multi-Branches: Notes between staff on different branches
A change has been made to allow notes added by staff on one branch to be visible to staff on others in parts of the system where branch access levels previously prevented this. To activate this setting, please contact our Support team and ask them to switch on the Company Setting for Allow Multi Branch Sales Note Access.
