New AML Check Features

We're rolling out updates to our AML Check features. This is a staggered rollout, so new features will be released to users in batches.

Good news: The user flows remain the same — your team won't need to learn any new processes. However, you will notice a few small changes.

What's Changing

Updated Check Names

Some check names have been refreshed to better reflect their purpose:

Previous Name	New Name
Enhanced AML	Complete
Basic AML	Standard
Right to Work	Standard Right to Rent

Refreshed Templates

Check type templates have been updated to align with the new naming conventions.

New Menu Location

During the rollout, the new AML checks will appear in a separate section. Once complete, the legacy checks will be moved to their own area but will remain accessible.

More Detailed Status Tracking

You'll now see more granular information about where each check is in the process.

Credit Check Functionality

The individual Credit Check feature is being temporarily removed as part of this update. Once the new AML Check features are fully rolled out and running smoothly, we'll be looking to implement an alternative solution.

Any checks already in progress will continue without disruption in their original location.
