Features

Performance Improvements

Over the last few weeks we've conducted a staggered release of a number of performance improvement items, designed to improve overall system performance and reduce unnecessary documents and records from being produced and stored on the software. These improvements include:

Postbag: Auto-skip Letters

Any unposted Letters that have been created and not used within 30 days of creation will be automatically skipped from the Postbag. 

Postbag: Auto-skip Property Lists

Any unposted Property Lists that have been created and not used within 7 days of creation will be automatically skipped from the Postbag. 

Maintenance Jobs: Auto-close Jobs

Any Maintenance Jobs that are not completed within 90 days of creation will be automatically closed. 

These three items have customisable set time periods up to 120 days before skipping or closing, please contact our Support team if you would like to make changes to these.

Tenancies: Landlord Instruction Letters

The Landlord Instruction letters that were previously created automatically and added to the Postbag when a tenancy was created have now been switched off. If you would like to continue using these please contact our Support team to switch those back on.

Make a Payment: Include Invoices in ZIP File

An option has been added to the various payment screens and a default set to exclude copies of the invoices from being included with the payment details ZIP file when making a payment, as these are no longer needed if you send your invoices out from the Postbag.

Power Reports: Main Balance value

The Main Balance value that was previously available to add to custom Power Reports has been retired and replaced with a more efficient Account Balance value, which should improve loading times for any reports where this is included. Existing reports that were using Main Balance have been automatically amended to use Account Balance instead.

Data Hosting Clients: Background Processes

A number of additional background processes that were not required for clients on our Data Hosting package have been stopped.

Bugs/Defects

UI: Online Training Options

An issue where the Online Training options had been removed from the main sections of agentOS has been resolved.

Settings: Your agentOS Invoices

A bug where the Your agentOS Invoices section wouldn't load for some clients has been fixed.
