Features

Real-Time Data Feeds: Zoopla

In this release we've added the ability to send a real-time data feed to Zoopla, and we'll be rolling this out in stages to existing users of the nightly feed before this is retired later in the year. If you have any questions on this new option please contact our Support team through [e-mail].

New Fields: Material Information B & C

New fields have been added to both Sales and Lettings properties to allow you to record additional Material Information and send these to Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla through their real-time feeds. A guide to the changes and where to find the fields are at the bottom of these release notes.

These will also be added to the relevant API tiers in the near future.

Please note: these new fields are not available as part of nightly portal feeds as they do not appear in the industry-wide specification for these feed types.

New Fields: Property Types

Additional Property Types have been added as options to both Sales and Lettings properties. The revised list is available at the bottom of these release notes, along with a guide to how some types are mapped to Zoopla, where certain types are not used by them that are in use by Rightmove and OnTheMarket.

Tenancies: Utility & Service Charge Schedule

We've added a new function to Tenancies for Utility & Service Type Schedule, where you can schedule utility deductions, ground rents, service charges and other non-rent items to be processed between a linked Tenant and a Contractor.

To create a schedule, click the ladder option and Setup Charge on the top-right, where you can add the following details:

Descriptions will appear on the accounts of the relevant people selected, and the Recipient Charge Amount option can be used to apply any Contractor Commission to be deducted from the total received by the Contractor, as required.

After your tenancy is signed, any changes added to this section will become due as per the schedule, prioritised after any deposit and rent amounts are first deducted.

A bug where the Country on a contract address was not saving correctly has been resolved.

Maintenance Job Sheets: Tenant Contact Details

An issue where tenant contact details would not appear on a job sheet if it was sent on the first day of a tenancy has been resolved.
