Sometimes you will want to remove a staff member from having agentOS access
To do this follow these steps:
1. Search for the staff member using the search box by typing "Staff NAME." Alternatively, you can search 'Show the Staff' which will display your staff list of all active users.
2. Click edit on their profile and untick the "Enabled" box, you can also untick the show in diary box if you've moved all of their appointments.
Then just click Save and Close
Please note, archiving a staff alone will not discontinue billing for this account. The account needs to be Disabled via the steps above.
