Property Specifics
[[Title]]	Displays the 1st and 2nd line of the property address separated by a comma (i.e. Test Address Line 1, Test Address Line 2)
[[Address1]]	Displays the 1st line of the property address (i.e. Test Address Line 1)
[[Address2]]	Displays the 2nd line of the property address (i.e. Test Address Line 2)
[[Address3]]	Displays the 3rd line of the property address (i.e. Test Address Line 3)
[[Address4]]	Displays the 4th line of the property address (i.e. Test Address Line 4)
[[Postcode]]	Displays the postcode line of the property address (i.e. TE35 STT)
[[Area]]	Displays the area the property is linked to (i.e. City Centre)
[[Description]]	Prints the description from the property marketing tab, under property details
[[PropertyType]]	Prints the property type (i.e. House Share)
[[Facility.Name]]	Prints the facilities on the property in a downward list (i.e. - Dishwasher - Bay Windows) This tag must be contained within a text box and have a bullet point at the start else the document will loop per number of facilities
[[Furnished]]	Prints the properties furnished status
[[Beds]]	Prints the number of bedrooms with bedroom listed at the end (i.e. 3 bedroom)
[[CouncilTaxBand]]	Prints the council tax band as a single letter (i.e. C)
[[EPCImages.EERImage.CurrentAsLetter]]	Prints the EPC value of the property as a letter (i.e. C)
[[Reference]]	Prints the tenancy reference (i.e. inst-25)
Pricing
[[Price]]	Prints the instruction rental price, schedule and available date (i.e. Available Now, payment of £500.00 per calendar month)
£[[PriceAmount]]	Prints the advertised rent on it's own (i.e. £500) You will need to add a £ at the start of the tag as shown on the left
[[PriceSchedule]]	Prints the scheduled frequency for rent collection (i.e. Monthly)
[[PriceAvailable]]	Prints the available date/start date for the tenancy or the word Now if currently available (i.e. 10/10/2023)
Branch Details
[[CompanyName]]	Prints the company name (i.e. Doc's Lettings)
[[BranchDetails.BranchAddress1]]	Displays the 1st line of the branch address (i.e. Test Address Line 1)
[[BranchDetails.BranchAddress2]]	Displays the 2nd line of the branch address (i.e. Test Address Line 2)
[[BranchDetails.BranchAddress3]]	Displays the 3rd line of the branch address (i.e. Test Address Line 3)
[[BranchDetails.BranchAddress4]]	Displays the 4th line of the branch address (i.e. Test Address Line 4)
