Common Inventory Tags

The following tags are for use on the System Letter Template, Inventory Letter

Tag	What it will Display
Property and Tenancy Details
[[PropertyAddress]]	Displays the address line 1 of the property with the house/flat number (i.e. 72 Example Street)
[[Title]]	Displays the title of the inventory (i.e. 72 Example Street - Inventory (Landlord Copy))
[[PersonCopy]]	Displays the version of the document (i.e. Tenant, Landlord)
[[TenantNames]]	Displays all tenants in-line (i.e. Mr James Jones, Mr John Doe, Miss Kate Jenkins)
[[Landlord]]	Displays the full names of all landlords linked to the tenancy (i.e. Miss Katie Jones, Mr Jacob Davies)
Inventory Items
[[PropertyStructure.InventoryItem.ItemType]]	Lists the item type of an inventory item (i.e. Basin) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of inventory items
[[PropertyStructure.InventoryItem.Quantity]]	Lists the quantity of an inventory item (i.e. 2) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of inventory items
[[PropertyStructure.InventoryItem.Comment]]	Lists the comment on an inventory item (i.e. Clean, Working Order) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of inventory items
Meter Readings
[[Meter.Name]]	Displays the name of a Meter (i.e. Electricity 1) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of active meters
[[Meter.Location]]	Displays the location of a Meter (i.e. Under the stairs) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of active meters
[[Meter.SerialNumber]]	Displays the serial number of a Meter (i.e. E12A12345) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of active meters
[[Meter.OpeningReading]]	Displays the opening Reading of a Meter (i.e. 12345) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of active meters
[[Meter.ClosingReading]]	Displays the closing reading of a Meter (i.e. 67890) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of active meters
Certificates ! Each tag below starts with:[[MaintenanceCertificates.
OverdueCertificates.Certificate.Type]]	Lists the type of an overdue certificate (i.e. Gas Safety Certificate) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of overdue certificates
OverdueCertificates.Certificate.Due]]	Lists the due date of an overdue certificate (i.e. 01/01/2025) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of overdue certificates
OverdueCertificates.Certificate.Description]]	Lists the description of an overdue certificate (i.e. GSC for rear boiler) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of overdue certificates
