Steps to obtain coordinates:
- Open Google Maps in your web browser
- Search for the property address
- Right-click on the exact property location on the map
- The coordinates will appear at the top of the context menu (format: latitude, longitude)
- Copy these numbers
Steps to input coordinates:
- Go to the property record or sales instruction in your system
- Locate the "Longitude" field and enter the longitude value (the second number)
- Locate the "Latitude" field and enter the latitude value (the first number)
- Save the changes
