Features
- GDPR Data Export (Right to Data Portability)
- Comply with the Right to Data Portability requirement as part of GDPR.
- Generate a zip file for each client, when requested.
- The zip file contains everything that is accessible through a clients’ GDPR Online Account.
- Once generated, the file is available to download from the grid (Below) or via the clients’ GDPR Online Account.
- Customise Online Account Email
- Customise the email sent to your clients when a new online account is setup (Or a password reset is issued).
- A default template is in place for everyone, which can be amended as you see fit.

Improvements
- GDPR Online Account Username
- Upon creating a new GDPR Online Account, your clients will now be given a unique Username to log in with.
- The Username is their CRM Group ID and your company shortname.

- Your clients can still use their email address to log in.
Bugs/Defect Fixes
- GDPR Anonymising an Applicant
- Fixed a defect where not all details of an applicant were anonymised/removed when the GDPR Anonymise/Delete action was used.
- Any applicants who were affected by this defect will have the rest of their details anonymised/removed as part of the release.
- Only applicants who have been anonymised will be affected.
- Online Login Disabled on Anonymisation
- Fixed a defect where a clients’ online login account wasn’t disabled after their record was anonymised.
- General GDPR Defect Fixes
- A number of smaller defect fixes for issues reported over the last few weeks.
API
- GDPR Consent
- Your clients’ data will not be passed via the API to any third-party companies if they have not provided consent.
- Consent is linked to a Consent Question for “Share Details with 3rd Party Utility Suppliers”
- If you haven’t added a question of type “Share Details with 3rd Party Utility Suppliers”, you can add one in yourself through “Consent Item Types”.
- We will also be adding a default question of type “Share Details with 3rd Party Utility Suppliers” in the few days after the release.
- Your clients’ data will not be passed via the API to any third-party companies if they have not provided consent.
